    Dolmen Real Estate Management (Pvt) Ltd. is looking to hire “Assistant Manager

    – Tenant Relations” based in Karachi.

    Job Description:

    • Able to devise strategies in order to measure Customers/Tenants response services.

    • Able to communicate and respond at various levels with customers/tenants.

    • Act as point of contact for customer complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

    • Maintain customers’ & tenants’ database.

    • To prepare monthly log reports and analysis on Customer’s feedback and complaints.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must be Graduate with 2 to 4 years of corporate and customer relations experience, preferably of Banking/Retail/Services Sector • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work well with a team

    • Strong reporting skills.
