• Flexible for 24×7 ISP Core operations (Shift based role)

• Coordination with regional NOC team for routine or on demand IP core activities

• Work order implementations, Planned maintenance activity

• Vigilant monitoring of Network availability and timely escalations

• Daily/Weekly Network Performance reporting according to pre-defined templates

• WiMAX Network troubleshooting, Site integration

• O&M of ISP infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, SMTP)

• Network solution design and technical documentation

• Network troubleshooting

• Coordination with external teams Requirements: Skill Set:

• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in Telecom/ISP Education:

• BE/BS Telecommunication/Networks from reputable University

• Cisco/Huawei Certification is desired
